Place the unused slackline equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all ratchets, webbing, and tree protection are included.

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for safety standards, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
